“Hygiene Flow Systems” The manufacture of oral solid dosage forms such as tablets is a complex multi-stage process under which the starting materials change their physical characteristics a number of times before the final dosage form is produced. Traditionally, tablets have been made by granulation, a process that imparts two primary requisites to formulate: compatibility and fluidity. Numerous unit processes are involved in making tablets, including particle size reduction and sizing, blending, granulation, drying, compaction, and (frequently) coating. Various factors associated with these processes can seriously affect content uniformity, bioavailability, or stability.

Sampling/Dispensing is the first step in any pharmaceutical manufacturing process. Sampling/Dispensing is one of the most critical steps in pharmaceutical manufacturing; as during this step, the weight of each ingredient in the mixture is determined according to dose. Dispensing may be done by purely manual by hand scooping from primary containers and weighing each ingredient by hand on a weigh scale, manual weighing with material lifting assistance like Vacuum transfer and Bag lifters, manual or assisted transfer with automated weighing on weigh table, manual or assisted filling of loss-in weight dispensing system, automated dispensaries with mechanical devices such as vacuum loading system and screw feed system.

Special Features:

  • Negative pressure design prevents the powder from escaping out of the working zone
  • Unidirectional airflow provides a superior aseptic working area
  • Stainless steel SUS 304 structure with rounded corners makes dispensing (sampling or weighing) booth hygienic, and easy to clean
  • 3-stage filtration method (pre-filter, fine filter, and HEPA filter included) provides excellent efficiency
  • Smart LCD control display ensures the proper performance of the booth
  • The maximum noise level of below 65 dB
  • Differential pressure gauges are equipped to monitor the integrity of the filters.
  • PVC curtain or air curtain increases the containment efficiency
  • Dispensing booth design according to GMP guidelines

Types Of Booth:

  • Sampling Booths (for extracting material samples)
  • Dispensing Booths (for weighing and measuring).

Applications:

  • Pharmaceuticals: Used for the safe dispensing, weighing, sampling, and subdividing of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and raw powders.
  • Chemicals & Cosmetics: Safely handles toxic, sensitizing, or irritating chemicals and pigments.
  • Food & Beverage: Used during the sampling and blending of raw ingredient powders, flavorings, and additives.
  • Manufacturing/Production: Ideal for mixer charging, product inspection, and equipment dismantling where dust emissions are a risk.
  • Sizes : Customizable configurations based on industry need
