“Hygiene Flow Systems”  The Fume Exhaust Hood is of three side’s closed and front side provided with up & down sliding door arrangements. The fume hood will be provided with a centrifugal blower will be suitably located at the top of the hood, coupled directly with a suitable motor for sucking the fumes from the chamber and forcing it to go out to the atmosphere through the ducts. The blower and casing will be made of mild steel with polyurethane paint coated finish. In order to low noise and vibration, the blower is mounted on the top and will be connected to the fume hood through a suction duct.

Every Fume Exhaust Hood is capable of maintaining a suspended particulate remove from work area even when operated in an uncontrolled environment. This is achieved by total removal of air-borne particulates (droplets and dust-borne microorganisms) by exhausted air streams.

Type Of Fume Hood :

  • Ducted fume hoods: These hoods connect to pipes. They pull bad air inside. Then, they shoot it outside your building.
  • Ductless fume hoods: These hoods do not use pipes. They suck up bad air. Then, they clean it with filters and blow it back into the room.
  • Walk-in fume hoods: These hoods sit right on the floor and are large enough to hold big lab machines
